Behind Photography by Andrés

Ana & Andrés

Behind Photography by Andrés are Ana and Andrés. Together, they bring patience, warmth and a genuine love for animals to every part of the experience.

The heart of the project began with a photograph of their daughter Juli beside Freya in December 2023. After Freya passed away in January 2026, that image became an even clearer reminder of what photography can hold: the love being lived now, and the joy of being able to feel it again.

Andrés leads each session behind the camera, while Ana helps shape the thoughtful, welcoming experience around it. Between them, every detail is cared for with intention.

Good to know

Questions before you book

Does my dog need to be trained?

No. Basic cues can help, but formal training is not required. Tell Andrés about any fears, sensitivities or special needs so the session can be adjusted.

Can we photograph in the studio or outdoors?

Yes. Choose the home studio near Hurontario and Eglinton or one outdoor location in Mississauga. The full studio address is shared after booking.

Can my family join the session?

Yes. Each collection includes up to three people from the same family together with one pet.

Can I bring another pet?

Yes, with advance notice. Each additional pet is CAD 40.

How do I choose my photographs?

You receive a private online gallery where you can review the images and make your selection.

How long does delivery take?

Your finished gallery is delivered within 10 to 14 days.

What if I want more photographs?

The 10-photo collection can be expanded by one image for CAD 25, five for CAD 100, or upgraded to the full gallery for CAD 200 additional.

Do you travel outside Mississauga?

Yes. Oakville, Toronto, Etobicoke, Brampton, Milton and other nearby areas may include a travel fee based on location.

What if the weather is not suitable?

For unsafe weather or your pet’s wellbeing, one reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. Light rain, overcast skies or snow do not automatically require rescheduling.
