Indoor sessions are held at a home-studio in Mississauga (Hurontario & Eglinton area).
Full address is shared after booking.Travel Fees
Outdoor sessions within Mississauga have no additional cost.
Locations outside Mississauga (Toronto, Etobicoke, Oakville, Brampton, Milton, etc.) may require a travel fee based on distance and time.For Story Moment and Soul Moment sessions, travel between multiple locations is covered by the client unless otherwise discussed.Booking & Payment
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.
The remaining balance is due 3 days before your session.Rescheduling
One reschedule is allowed due to weather or pet wellness with at least 24 hours' notice.Late Arrival Policy
All photography sessions follow a scheduled time frame.
Please arrive on time for your session.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time, depending on availability.
Late arrival does not qualify for additional time, rescheduling, or refunds.Weather Policy (Outdoor Sessions)
The outdoors are weather-dependent.In case of heavy rain, snowstorm, extreme cold, or unsafe conditions, the session may be rescheduled or moved to an indoor/studio option, depending on availability.Light rain, overcast skies, or snow do not automatically qualify for rescheduling, as these conditions can still produce beautiful images.The final decision will always prioritize safety and comfort, especially for children and pets.Image Delivery
Galleries are delivered within 10–14 days.
Additional retouching or special editing requests may include a small fee.Image Selection & Additional Purchases
Each session includes a defined number of fully edited digital images, as specified in the selected package or offer.The photographer may capture additional images during the session to ensure natural moments and a complete story.Clients may choose to purchase additional images or upgrade their collection after viewing the gallery, with no obligation.Pricing for additional images will be clearly displayed within the gallery prior to purchase.Usage Rights
You may download, print, and share your images for personal use.

Sessions may pause if your pet shows signs of stress, discomfort, or overstimulation.Limitation of LiabilityPhotography by Andres is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during any photography session.In the unlikely event of a technical failure (including but not limited to corrupted files or memory card malfunction), liability is limited to a refund of the portion of the service affected.General Guidelines- Pets do not need formal training — basic commands can help but aren't required.
- Brush or clean your pet before the session for best results.
- Bring favourite treats and toys (bring many!).
- Avoid feeding a full meal right before the session.
- Let your pet go to the bathroom before we start.
- The person your pet responds to the most should be present.
- Let me know if your pet has anxiety, fears, sensitivities, or special needs.

• 🎓 Your pet doesn’t need to be trained.
• 🧼 Give your pet a quick brush so they look their best.
• 🦴 Bring plenty of treats (the more, the better!).

• 🎾 Bring their favorite toy.
• 😌 If your pet gets anxious, tell me so I can adjust the session.
• 👤 The person your pet listens to the most should be present.👨👩👧 Session Family Tips• 🎨 Wear neutral or soft colors (white, beige, grey, pastels).
• 🚫 Avoid strong patterns, big logos or neon colors.
• 🤍 Coordinate without matching identically: think in color palettes.
• 🧃 If you have kids, bring water, soft snacks and something to keep them calm.
• 📸 Don’t worry about posing — I’ll guide everything.
• ❤️ The best photos happen when things feel natural: laugh, play, hug your pet.
• 🐕 If your dog is strong or energetic, use a safe collar (avoid retractable leashes).
• 🗣️ If someone feels shy or uncomfortable in front of the camera, tell me, and I’ll adapt.
• 👟 Wear comfortable shoes if we’ll be walking between spots.
• 🌬️ Don’t worry about light wind or soft weather — they often make photos look beautiful.
